Biography

Mikahleen Jones is a current student at Southern Utah University who is majoring in Dance Performance with a minor in Exercise Science. She currently works with On Stage Dance as a ballet teacher, and an employee with Chrysalis helping those with developmental disabilities. She enjoys hiking, snowboarding, teaching, cooking, and cuddling up with a good book. In August of 2017, she was married to her husband.
Before college, Mikahleen danced over five years with The Studio, Classical Ballet School in Santa Cruz, California. After long hours, hard work, and dedication to technique and pointe, she is now the the process of creating her own choreographic works and plans to open her own studio after graduation.
